The Clinical Observation of Severe Anemia.

We observed 75 cases of severe anemia who were admitted to Department. Of Pediatrics of Maryknoll hospital from Jan. 1974 to Dec. 1976. The following results were obtained. 1) 925 cases(40.3%) of the total admitted patients(2,298 cases) had mild degree of anemia(below 10.5gm/dl) and 75 cases(3.3%) showed severe anemia (below 7.0gm/dl). 2) Male to female ratio was 1.5 to 1....
